Bike Rentals

Rental Fees

Closed for the season

  • $25 per person. Bikes available to rent from 9am-3pm.

  • Trail passes for each rider 16 and over are required. $5 day passes or $25 annual passes can be purchased at the time of payment.

  • Bikes will be labeled and left for you to pick up outside the Chamber building. All bikes and helmets will have their handles, buckles, seats, and other touchpoints disinfected both before and after their rental period.

  • Sorry, we do not have kid bike rentals!

  • Please call ahead before holidays to make sure the office is open.

  • Bikes cannot be rented overnight

  • Online reservations must be made 3 days or more in advance to guarantee availability.

  • NO SAME DAY ONLINE RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Wisconsin State Trail passes are available for purchase at the Chamber. Passes are required for the Sugar River & Badger State Trails. Children 15 and under do not need a pass.

  • Daily trail pass: $5

  • Annual trail pass: $25 (good January through December)

The New Glarus Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center is located in the historic 1887 Milwaukee Road train depot at 418 Railroad Street in New Glarus!

Reservations must be placed a minimum of 3 days or more ahead of arrival date to guarantee bike availability. An “order fulfilled” email will be sent when reservation request is received. To receive a refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance of your day/pickup time.

We welcome walk-in bike rentals based on availability, but please note that we cannot guarantee a bike will be available.
